The U16 Regan Structural Steel Ltd. team had a great win over Western Gaels in the Div.1 semi-final, on a scoreline of 3-13 to 0-1. This qualifies them to play St.Marys in the Div.1 A Final next Sunday the 22nd at 4.45pm in Balinameen.

U16 training and u16 semi final 08/03/09
The U16 Regan Structural Steel LTD. Sponsered team are now through to the semi-final of the U16 A competition which will be played next Sunday against Western Gaels, see fixtures for details. U16 training continues as usual on Saturday at 4pm.
Junior- Strokestown v Michael Glaveys 08/03/09
The Junior team had a great win over Michael Glaveys in the first round of the Division 2 league last Sunday, on a scoreline of 4-12 to 1-3. Traning for all on Wednesday at 5.30pm.
U16- Strokestown v Four Roads 01/03/09
Our U16's had a great win last Sunday away to Four Roads on a scoreline of 4-17 to 0-3. They are now threw to the semi-final of the U16 A competition which will be played on the weekend of the 14th/15th of March. U16 training continues as usual on Saturday at 4pm.
U16-Strokestown v St.Brigids 22/02/09
Our U16's had a great win last Sunday at home to St.Brigids on a scoreline of 5-16 to 0-0. Scorers: Laura Brudell(0-9), Eva McDermott(3-0), Aisling Hanly(1-2), Michelle Mullouly(1-0). Edel Byrne(0-3), Katie McLoughlin(0-2). U16 training continues as usual on Saturday at 4pm.
U16 A Championship v St.Marys 15/02/09
U16 ladies got their championship campaign off to a good start, with a hard fought win over near neighbours and friends, St.Mary's. After a great first half Strokestown led by 1-8 to 0-3 at half time. St.Marys started the second half the livelier of the two and scored two goals in the first ten minutes of the second half which put them right back in the game. Strokestowns Katie McLoughlin scored a fine free from 25 metres out to put three points in it again but minutes after marys came down to score their third goal of the half to level matters. That left the last 10minutes close and exciting and two points from strokestown, one by Eva Mc Dermott and the other by Michelle Mullolly was enough to seal the game for Strokestown on a scoreline of 1-11 to 3-03. This was a great team performance by all the girls. Scorers: Laura Brudell(1-4), Katie Mc Loughlin(0-3), Eva McDermott(0-2), Edel Byrne(0-1), Michelle Mullouly(0-1).
